HerMoment Jewelry offers a Lifetime Brilliance Warranty for all moissanite stones purchased from our website. This warranty ensures that your moissanite stone will maintain its brilliance and sparkle for a lifetime of wear under normal usage conditions.

2. Eligibility

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the moissanite stone and is non-transferable. You must retain proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) to activate your warranty.

3. Warranty Includes:

5. Warranty Activation

To activate your Lifetime Brilliance Warranty, you must register your moissanite stone on this page by filling in the form above within 30 days of
your purchase.

6. Repair or Replacement Process

In the event of a valid warranty claim, HerMoment Jewelry will assess the condition of the moissanite stone. If deemed eligible, we will offer repair or replacement at our discretion. The original moissanite stone must be returned to us for evaluation. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning items for warranty claims.

7. Limitations of Liability
